The data you provide when submitting an application is processed by the Company in the system Talent Software. The data is accessible for recruiting managers and HR professionals within the Company. Your candidate profile may be subject to different recruitment processes if you have submitted an open application, if you have applied for a specific position or if you have given your approval to be contacted about other positions.

Purposes of processing Personal data

The Company uses your data for the purpose of manage recruitment processes and your job application. Your personal data and candidate profile is moreover stored after the recruitment processes are completed, with the purpose to secure that the Company can investigate any potential dispute or case regarding alleged discrimination.
